Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern all sales of products made through the NOVAE STORE website (the "Site"). By placing an order on the Site, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of clothing and accessories offered by NOVAE STORE.

2. Products

NOVAE STORE offers clothing and accessories for sale, presented on the Site with their essential characteristics (description, size, color, price). Product photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match with the actual product, particularly due to display variations across different screens.

NOVAE STORE reserves the right to modify the range of products offered on the Site at any time.

3. Pricing

Product prices are displayed in the applicable local currency at the time of display and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are shown separately before final order confirmation and are added to the product price.

NOVAE STORE reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, the price applicable to an order is the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Depending on your delivery country, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may apply upon receipt of your package. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid on the Site.

4. Orders

To place an order, the customer selects the desired products, adds them to their cart, and follows the checkout process through to final confirmation, which includes payment.

An order is only finally confirmed once payment has been verified. An order confirmation email is sent to the customer at the address provided at checkout.

NOVAE STORE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute with the customer, a payment issue, or a stock shortage identified after the order was placed. In the latter case, the customer will receive a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of ordering, through the payment methods offered on the Site (credit/debit card and other options available depending on the payment platform).

Payment is processed securely by third-party payment providers. NOVAE STORE does not retain customers' full banking details.

6. Shipping

NOVAE STORE ships orders according to the following estimated delivery times, calculated from the date the order is shipped:

United States: 2 business days
France, Italy, Belgium: 3 to 5 business days
Rest of Europe: 7 to 10 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors (customs, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays). NOVAE STORE cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. NOVAE STORE cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Transfer of Ownership and Risk

Ownership of the products transfers to the customer once payment has been confirmed. The transfer of risk (loss, theft, damage) occurs upon actual delivery of the package to the customer or to any person designated by the customer.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with our Refund Policy, customers have 30 days from the date of receipt of their order to request a return, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.

9. Warranties

Products sold by NOVAE STORE are covered by the legal warranties applicable in the customer's country of residence, particularly with respect to conformity and hidden defects. In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer should contact NOVAE STORE through our Contact page.

10. Liability

NOVAE STORE cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract due to stock shortages or product unavailability, force majeure, total or partial disruption or strikes affecting delivery services, or any other event beyond its reasonable control.

NOVAE STORE's liability cannot be invoked for indirect damages resulting from the use of products purchased on the Site.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (text, images, logos, design, NOVAE STORE visual identity) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or use is strictly prohibited.

12. Personal Data

The processing of customers' personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

13. Disputes

For any claim or dispute relating to an order, customers are encouraged to first contact NOVAE STORE through our Contact page in order to seek an amicable resolution.

14. Changes to These Terms

NOVAE STORE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in effect on the date the customer places their order.
